We are seeking a Master Licensed Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Technician to join our team. Responsibilities
- Install new HVAC systems including air conditioning units, boilers, refrigeration equipment, and ventilation systems in accordance with schematics and design specifications
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning/Refrigeration) systems to ensure peak performance and energy efficiency
- Troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and plumbing components using hand tools, ohmmeters, and diagnostic equipment such as electrical testers and refrigerant gauges
- Conduct electrical diagnostics to identify issues within electrical systems associated with HVAC equipment and implement effective repairs
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals to accurately diagnose problems and execute repairs or installations
- Maintain detailed service records, reports, and logs of all work performed for compliance and quality assurance purposes
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining system issues clearly and recommending appropriate solutions for property maintenance needs
Requirements
- HVAC Master license
- Proven experience as an HVAC technician or service technician with a solid understanding of mechanical systems repair and HVAC system installation
- Construction experience or background in building automation systems is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of refrigeration principles, ammonia refrigeration (if applicable), boiler operation, and HVAC/R equipment troubleshooting
- Mechanical knowledge combined with hands-on experience using hand tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, and specialized diagnostic tools
- Ability to read schematics, technical manuals, and blueprints accurately
- Electrical diagnostics skills including the use of ohmmeters or multimeters to troubleshoot electrical issues within HVAC systems
- Valid EPA certification for refrigerant handling (EPA 608 Certification) required for refrigerant-related work
- Experience with electrical systems repair including wiring, circuit testing, and control panel troubleshooting
- Familiarity with building automation systems (BAS) or similar control systems is a plus
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; ability to operate company vehicle safely at all times
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude; strong communication skills are essential
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various environments; field service experience preferred

Pay: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
