About Acme International
Acme International, Inc. is an established importer and distributor of ethnic food products serving retailers, supermarkets, foodservice customers, and e-commerce channels across multiple states. We are seeking a highly organized, dependable, and bilingual Office Administrator / HR Coordinator to support our growing business operations.
The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks, possess strong administrative and organizational skills, have experience supporting human resources functions, and be fluent in both English and Spanish. This is a hands-on position requiring someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced office and warehouse environment and communicating effectively with employees from diverse backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support for office and business operations.
- Maintain organized company records, employee files, and administrative documentation.
- Use Microsoft Excel to create and maintain spreadsheets, reports, data analysis, inventory-related records, and other business information.
- Use QuickBooks for accounting-related tasks, data entry, reporting, and record maintenance.
- Assist with employee onboarding, new-hire paperwork, attendance records, personnel files, and other HR administrative functions.
- Assist management with recruiting, interview scheduling, job postings, and employee communications.
- Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish with office and warehouse employees.
- Assist with payroll-related recordkeeping and verification of employee time records.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee, financial, customer, and company information.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, forms, and internal communications.
- Coordinate office supplies, documentation, filing, and general office organization.
- Assist with workers' compensation documentation, employee benefits administration, and HR compliance as needed.
- Support management with special projects and other administrative duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in office administration, administrative support, HR coordination, or a similar position.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, sorting, filtering, formatting, and working with spreadsheets.
- Working knowledge of QuickBooks.
- Experience with HR-related functions such as employee onboarding, personnel documentation, attendance tracking, recruiting support, or employee records.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee and company information appropriately.
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Dependable, professional, and comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a distribution, warehouse, wholesale, food, or logistics environment.
- Experience with QuickBooks Enterprise.
- Intermediate or advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, formulas, and basic data analysis.
- Previous experience assisting with employee onboarding, payroll administration, workers' compensation documentation, employee benefits, or HR compliance.
- Familiarity with Indian ethnic foods or multicultural business environments is a plus.

Schedule & Work Location
This is a full-time, on-site position based at our Peachtree Corners, Georgia facility.
Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with additional hours as needed based on business requirements.
