What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and congregants by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control activities, and appropriate emergency response support at a cultural institution location.

Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site leadership and/or Allied Universal management.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, gathering spaces, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.

Monitor entrances, assist with directing foot and vehicle traffic during services and special events, and help to support an orderly environment during high-traffic periods.

Communicate with guests and staff in a professional manner while following post orders, visitor protocols, and other site-specific security-related policies.
Minimum Requirements:

At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
