We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk / Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position is responsible for managing the company's accounts receivable processes, ensuring products are received accurately and on time, creating and sending customer invoices, posting payments, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Process and receive warehouse purchase orders (POs), ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Create and send customer invoices in a timely manner.
- Post customer payments accurately.
- Reconcile customer accounts as needed.
- Compare order contracts with billings to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain customer files and respond professionally to payment-related inquiries.
- Accept payments from clients.
- Perform general administrative duties, including filing and scheduling meetings.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable and administrative support, preferably in a small business environment.
- Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Proficiency in 10-key data entry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
