ANASLYT III – HUMAN RESURCES LEAD / CALIFORNIA NATURAL RESOURCES AGENCY
The reporting location for this position is Sacramento, CA. This position will work under the general direction of the Supervisor II.
The incumbent will serve as the Human Resources (HR) Lead subject matter expert over other HR analysts for the day to day related activities related to Request for Personnel Actions and Hiring; the incumbent provides guidance and training to lower-level analysts within the unit and is responsible for specialized assignments while performing the more responsible, varied, and complex HR analytical, consultative services and recommendations to management and executive staff. The HR lead will analyze, research, coordinate, plan, and evaluate program request and hiring needs while also executing the more sensitive and complex work related to Request for Personnel Actions. The incumbent also serves as the department’s ECOS Administrator and HR Liaison with CAL FIRE for contracted services/request. May serve as a back-up to Personnel Officer in their absence.
Employees are currently required to work in-person (4) days per week in alignment with Executive Order N-22-25. Additional in-office days may be required based on operational needs. Note: CNRA does not allow employees to select their telework day. One will be selected for you.

This position is categorized as Office-Centered. The position’s job duties are performed at their designated work location 50% or more of the time within a work month. The position incumbent can telework with a management approved telework agreement and schedule. Satisfactory job performance is required to maintain a teleworking agreement.
