Baker / Bakery Associate (Will Train)

We are seeking motivated and dependable individuals to join our bakery team. Our staff works together each day to fill our shelves with fresh pastries, cupcakes, breads, cookies, and more.
No experience required — we provide full training. You will be trained the Shores Sisters way and paired with an experienced mentor until you are confident working independently.
Job Type
- Full-time
- Five 8-hour shifts per week (4 am-12 pm) Overtime as needed
- Sundays off
Responsibilities
- Assist with preparation and baking of bakery products
- Follow recipes accurately
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work area
- Stock and organize finished bakery items
- Support team members in daily production needs
- Follow all food safety and quality standards
Qualifications
- No prior baking experience required
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Reliable and punctual attendance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork skills
- Food service or bakery experience is a plus but not required
