Overview: We are seeking a Fabricator/Welder to join our team. As a Fabricator/Welder, you will be responsible for fabricating and welding metal components according to blueprints and specifications. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits. Duties: - Perform stick welding to join metal components - Fabricate and assemble metal structures and products - Read and interpret blueprints to determine project requirements - Use hand tools, micrometers, and other measuring instruments for precise fabrication - Operate machinery such as pipe threading and machining equipment - Ensure all welds meet quality standards and specifications - Conduct inspections of completed work to identify any defects or issues - Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time Skills: - Proficient in stick welding techniques - Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of fabrication processes - Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately - Skilled in using hand tools, micrometers, and other measuring instruments - Experience with pipe threading and machining equipment is a plus - Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team We offer competitive pay based on experience and skills, along with benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
