As a Greeter, you are the first point of contact for our customers, creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Your primary role is to greet and assist customers upon arrival, ensuring they have a positive and memorable experience at our dealership.
Responsibilities
Warm Welcome: Greet customers with a friendly and professional demeanor, making them feel valued and appreciated.
Customer Assistance: Direct customers to the appropriate department or personnel based on their needs, whether it's sales, service, or parts.
Information Provider: Answer basic questions about the dealership's services, vehicles, and promotions.
Appointment Management: Assist customers with checking in for appointments and inform the relevant staff of their arrival.
Lounge Maintenance: Ensure the customer lounge area is clean, organized, and well-stocked with refreshments and reading materials.
Vehicle Display: Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of vehicles in the showroom and lot.
Other Duties as Assigned: Perform other tasks as required to ensure the smooth operation of the dealership.

Personalized Service: Address customers by their names to create a more personalized experience.
Customer Engagement: Engage in friendly conversation with customers while they wait, providing a pleasant and comfortable environment.
Proactive Assistance: Offer assistance with opening doors, carrying items, or any other needs the customer may have.
Feedback Collection: Encourage customers to provide feedback on their experience and relay any concerns to management for continuous improvement.
Event Support: Assist with dealership events and promotions, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently.

Customer Service Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact professionally and courteously with customers.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills to ensure clear and friendly interaction with customers and team members.
Professional Appearance: Neat and professional appearance is required.
Reliability: Strong time management skills and the ability to adhere to schedules and deadlines.
Positive Attitude: A friendly and positive attitude to create a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or GED is required.
Age Requirement: 18 years or older.
Previous Experience: Experience in a similar role can be advantageous but is not required.
Physical Requirements
