Inside Sales Support
The Support role acts as the primary communication link between the Inside Sales team, Outside Sales personnel, and the Operations and Shipping departments. This position is responsible for ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality responses to inquiries regarding job status, location updates, and shipping information. The Inside Sales Support team member is the “runner” for answers, helping to support sales operations and enhance customer satisfaction.
When not actively supporting sales communications, this role will assist with shipping operations and progressively train in quoting and order processing functions.

Serve as the main point of contact between Sales, Operations, and Shipping teams

Respond promptly to inquiries regarding job status, order updates, and shipping timelines

Track and communicate order progress, delays, and delivery information

Coordinate with warehouse and shipping teams to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment

Resolve customer issues related to orders, shipments, and documentation

Maintain accurate records in CRM and internal systems

Provide administrative support to Inside and Outside Sales representatives

Assist in preparing quotes, order confirmations, and documentation as part of ongoing training

Help improve internal communication processes and response times
Requirements:

High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred

1–3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and CRM systems

Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
