Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Kitchen and Janitorial Manager to lead our food service and facility maintenance operations. In this vital role, you will oversee daily kitchen activities, ensure exceptional food quality, maintain cleanliness standards, and manage janitorial responsibilities. Responsibilities
- Supervise all kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, food safety management, and food production to ensure high-quality service.
- Oversee janitorial responsibilities to maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all facility areas in compliance with health regulations.
- Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, tracking stock levels, and minimizing waste through effective food management practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant management with a strong background in food preparation and kitchen operations.
- Demonstrated supervisory or managerial experience in hospitality or food service environments.
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and health regulations applicable to restaurant settings.
- Experience managing inventory control, budgeting, profit-and-loss analysis, and cost management strategies.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train teams effectively and communicate managerial expectations clearly.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $16.50 - $17.50 per hour
