About the role
Zyra Clinic is a medical spa and primary care practice in Redmond, Washington. We are accepting applications for 1 Registered Nurse to join our RN Aesthetic Pathway — a partnership model that allows qualified RNs to practice aesthetic injections independently under an established WA clinic, without the overhead of opening their own medspa.
No monthly medical director fee. No upfront product investment. No build-out costs. Zyra provides training, medical oversight, supplies, malpractice coverage, and booking support. You practice, you build your clientele, and you keep your share of every service.
This is an independent contractor (1099) position.
What you will do
- Perform aesthetic injection treatments (neuromodulators and/or fillers depending on tier) under Dr. Jade's medical oversight
- See patients booked through Zyra's scheduling system at Zyra Clinic in Redmond WA
- Complete treatment documentation same day including product, lot numbers, and before photos
- Follow Zyra's clinical protocols and safety standards
- Build your own patient base and grow your independent practice
What Zyra provides
- Hands-on aesthetic injection training with Dr. Jade Nguyen, DNP, FNP-BC
- Medical oversight included — Dr. Jade serves as delegating NP (no separate medical director fee ever)
- Malpractice insurance — covered under Zyra's policy
- All injectables and supplies stocked by Zyra — no product investment required
- Patient booking and scheduling — fully managed by Zyra
- Allergan Brilliant Distinctions and Galderma Aspire account access
- Zyra brand credibility — practice under an established WA medspa since 2024
- Monthly mentorship check-ins with Dr. Jade
Training tiers — choose your pathway
Tier 1 — Botox Only
- Services: Botox, Dysport, Daxxify (neuromodulators)
- Entrance fee: $2,000 recovered through earnings — $0 due at signing, deposit applied
- Profit split: 50/50 after product cost · upgrades to 55/45 after 1 year active
Tier 2 — Botox and Filler (Most Popular)
- Services: All neuromodulators plus lip, NLF, and marionette filler
- Entrance fee: $3,500 recovered through earnings — $0 due at signing, deposit applied
- Profit split: 60/40 after product cost · upgrades to 70/30 after 1 year active
Tier 3 — Full Aesthetic Suite
- Services: All Tier 2 services plus cheek, jawline, and advanced techniques
- Entrance fee: $5,000 recovered through earnings — $0 due at signing, deposit applied
- Profit split: 60/40 after product cost · upgrades to 70/30 after 1 year active
High-volume incentive: 65/35 split at 23 or more services per week across all tiers
Initial Deposit for the program on all tier: $1000
Compensation and investment model
There is no upfront payment to join. Zyra fronts all training, malpractice, supplies, and booking support. Your entrance fee is a deferred obligation recovered automatically from your earnings through one of two options:
- Option A (Fast): Zyra holds 100% of your earnings share until the fee is recovered, then your full split begins immediately. Tier 2 example: approximately 16 services.
- Option B (Balanced): An extra 20% is deducted from your share per service while you earn from day one. Tier 2 example: approximately 2 to 3 months to full split.
If you leave before the fee is recovered, the remaining balance is due. If Zyra ends the relationship without cause, the balance is waived.
Sample earnings Tier 2, 60/40 split -
- Botox full face: approx $186–$294 per service to you
- Lip filler: approx $216 per service to you
- Glow Package (Botox + lip): approx $426 per service to you
Qualifications
- Active Washington State RN license — required
- Located in Redmond WA or greater Seattle area — required
- Interest in aesthetic medicine (prior experience a plus, not required)
- Professional, patient-centered, and self-directed
- Comfortable as a 1099 independent contractor
