What to expect.
Under the supervision of the nurse manager, you will provide patient-centered care in a supportive, collaborative environment.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Delivering empathetic care by maintaining calm, courteous, and thoughtful interactions with patients and families.
- Responding to patient inquiries and concerns while adhering to confidentiality policies.
- Maintaining an organized, safe, and therapeutic treatment space.
- Contributing to evidence-based assessment and therapeutic interventions.
- Ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
- Accurately documenting patient care activities, including treatment planning and therapeutic interventions.

Pay for this position is determined on a number of factors, including but not limited to, years and level of related experience.
What we need from you.
- Required:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Familiarity with children and adolescent assessment.
- Preferred:
- An advanced degree in a human services field.
- Experience working with children and adolescents in an inpatient setting.
