Duties
- Support students wit instructional materials and participate in classroom activities.
- Manage classroom behavior through positive behavior management techniques and support students in developing social skills.
- Collaborate regularly with other professionals .
- Handle confidential information responsibly while maintaining professionalism in all interactions.
- Support preschool or toddler care activities as needed, fostering early childhood development and literacy skills.
Skills
- Experience working with children.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices.
- Strong classroom management skills to maintain a positive learning environment.
- Compassionate attitude with patience for working with diverse learners in a private school setting.
