About the Role
As a Precision CNC Machinist, you will play a vital role in our manufacturing operations by producing complex, high-tolerance components. You will leverage your technical expertise to manage multi-axis equipment, ensuring that every part meets rigorous quality standards while optimizing production throughput.
Responsibilities-
Operate and monitor multiple CNC machines to achieve daily production targets.

Execute precise machining operations to maintain tight tolerances, often within ±0.0001”.

Perform essential tool changes, offsets, and machine adjustments to ensure consistent part quality.

Interpret complex blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T specifications to guide production.

Utilize advanced precision measuring instruments to conduct thorough quality inspections.

Proactively identify and resolve machining issues to minimize downtime and maximize equipment efficiency.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment to support operational excellence.
Qualifications

2+ years of hands-on experience in a CNC machining environment.

Proficiency in operating multi-axis equipment, such as 5-axis mills or Swiss-style lathes.

Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical schematics.

Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and effective troubleshooting skills.

Experience with precision inspection tools and quality control procedures.

Experience performing independent machine setups and changeovers.

Familiarity with G-code programming and CAM software platforms.

Proven ability to mentor team members or assist in process optimization.

Prior experience working within an ISO 9001 certified quality management system.
