We are looking for an EXPERIENCED technician with their Michigan State Mechanics license that wants to work with others that are at the same professional level as themselves, and that can produce high quality repairs on vehicles. We are a team that works together to ensure the customer is being taken care of and shown value.
We do things a little differently at our shop and work with advisors who are open to learning processes that have proven to create an environment that is free from chaos and drama.
We know what it’s like to feel unappreciated as a great technician. We know how it feels to not have your voice heard and to work with technicians at one shop that take the shine to always show appreciation and be the place EVERYONE wants to work at.
Our business has grown every year since we opened in 2011, and we have recently expanded our shop. Our online customers have given us a 4.9 Google rating with over 450 reviews. We currently average approximately $230k per month and our techs help each other to win. Pay will vary depending on skills and experience but our A-level technicians usually start at $100k per year. Most are making over $120k+ per year.
