We are seeking a Class B, Hazmat-endorsed Driver / Warehouse Associate for our Mendota Heights, MN location. This is a hybrid role that combines local route delivery with hands-on warehouse operations, including helium transfilling and compressed gas cylinder handling.

Position Summary
This position is responsible for safe and timely delivery of helium and wholesale party supply products, as well as warehouse support duties including order fulfillment, inventory handling, and helium transfilling operations. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, reliable, and comfortable working both on delivery routes and within a warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
Driving
- Deliver helium cylinders and wholesale product to retail stores using a 24’ box truck (GVW under 26,000 lbs)
- Load and unload trucks using a hand truck/dolly
- Ensure accurate and timely deliveries
- Provide professional and courteous customer interactions at store locations
- Maintain compliance with DOT and Hazmat regulations
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintain a clean driving record
Warehouse & Transfilling Operations
- Assist with warehouse operations including order picking, packing, and staging shipments
- Safely handle, inspect, and move compressed gas cylinders
- Perform helium transfilling in accordance with company safety procedures and industry standards
- Support inventory control and cylinder tracking processes
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant warehouse environment
- Work collaboratively with distribution center personnel to meet daily operational needs
Qualifications & Competencies
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
- Hazardous Materials (Hazmat) Endorsement required
- Clean driving record
- Previous commercial driving experience preferred
- Previous gas industry experience strongly preferred
- Knowledge of compressed gas cylinders and safe handling procedures preferred
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Self-motivated and dependable
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Safety-oriented mindset
Physical Requirements
- Driving for extended periods
- Alternating between sitting, standing, and walking
- Climbing ramps and/or stairs
- Frequent lifting/carrying (up to 50 lbs.)
- Pushing/pulling loaded hand trucks
- Reaching at or below shoulder level and overhead
- Stooping, bending, and manual dexterity for cylinder handling
- Clear verbal communication and hearing ability
- Near and peripheral visual acuity
Wage commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Pay: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour
