*FULL TIME** Hatco is looking for a skilled, motivated Retail Associate to join our team full-time. In this position you will be performing a variety of tasks to help support the Outlet Store sales and overall customer experience.
Essential Job Duties and responsibilities:
· Perform professional hat shaping, cleaning, and restoration
· Assist with daily opening and closing duties
· Maintain a clean and organized workspace
· Help customers with fittings, selections, and custom requests
· Support inventory management and product displays
· Uphold high standards of customer service and craftsmanship
· Follows safety regulations and all Company and OSHA Safety and Health Rules
Required Qualifications:
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
· Efficient Time management skills
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
· Reliable, punctual and able to work a Monday - Saturday Schedule
· Ability to thrive in a team environment
· At least 1 year of related experience required
· Friendly customer attitude
Physical Demands:
· Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time
· Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
