Veterinary Hospital – Evening Urgent Care Support Assistant

Position: Evening Urgent Care Support Assistant (Evenings)
Schedule: Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays, 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM (may be asked to stay later if we are busy)
Location: Aurora Animal Hospital
Pay: $21/hr
Key Responsibilities:
- Support front desk operations as the primary responsibility
- Answer and triage incoming phone calls promptly and professionally
- Check clients in and out efficiently, taking payments
- Assist veterinary technicians and doctors with patient care tasks as needed
- Assist with cleaning duties and end of day tasks
Requirements:
- Friendly and organized with excellent communication skills
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for animal care and customer service
- Previous experience in veterinary or medical settings is a plus but not required
