Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Registered Nurse and become a vital part of delivering exceptional patient care across diverse medical settings. The Registered Nurse serves as the clinical resource for our communities by overseeing resident assessments, reviewing care plan, supporting our caregiving team, and ensuring regulatory compliance. This role partners closely with the Administrator to promote quality care, excellent clinical outcomes, and family satisfaction.
Duties
- Complete initial nursing assessments for new admissions
- Perform ongoing resident nursing assessments and condition reviews.
- Review and update indivualized care plans
- Conduct Quarterly and as needed resident clinical evaluations
- Monitor residents for changes in condition and recommend interventions
- Review physician orders for accuracy and implementation
- Ensure medication administration practices meet state regulations
- Collaborate with physicians, hospice, agencies, therapy providers, pharmacies, and outside healthcare professionals.
- Assist with transitions of care including hospital discharges and new admissions.
Skills
- Current Registered Nurse ( RN) license in North Carolina
- Minimum of two years of nursing experience( geriatric, assisted living, memory care, or long-term care preferred).
- Experience completing assessments and care plans
- Knowledge of North Carolina Family Care Home regulations
- Strong assessments, communication and leadership skills
- compassionate , organized, and team-oriented.
Pay: $42.83 - $45.00 per hour
