Unit Specifics:
- Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : RN and ED Tech 24/7
- Type of equipment : Carefusion Alaris IV Pumps, Client bedside monitors
- Documentation system: Cerner
- Scheduling requirements: 3- 12 hour shifts 6 - 8 weekend shifts/schedule
- Patient Experience requirements: ED required, ICU preferred, Cardiac,
Hospital Specifics-
- Certifications: ACLS, NIH, BLS, PALS or ENPC, TNCC preferred
Requested Skill Set: Experience with Emergency patient population
Must have: ED experience
Advanced skills needed: ACLS, PALS, trauma, and cardiac. Must have excellent assessment skills
Procedures performed on unit: Bedside cardioversion, procedural sedation, splinting, assisting with intubation
Certifications Required: ACLS, NIH, PALS or ENPC, BLS, TNCC preferred
Dress Code: (Required uniform)
- Navy scrubs with white tops

- Recently received Pathway Designation from ANCC
