Responsibilities
- Perform eyelash extensions, eyelash lifts, and other lash enhancement services with precision and care.
- Administer skincare treatments
- Provide comprehensive consultations to recommend suitable treatments such as body waxing, hair threading, hair extensions, makeup application, and hair styling.
- Manage client appointments efficiently with Phoerst
- Maintain strict sanitation standards by sterilizing tools and adhering to health regulations to ensure client safety.
- Educate clients on skincare routines, product demos, retail sales opportunities, and aftercare instructions to enhance their experience.
- Utilize social media management skills to promote services, showcase transformations, and engage with the community for increased visibility.
- Assist with front desk duties including guest services, appointment confirmations, and retail inventory management.
- Upsell products and additional services confidently while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
- Stay current with industry trends such as tattooing techniques, color theory for makeup artistry, and new esthetic laser technologies to continually elevate service offerings.
Qualifications
- Proven experience working in the beauty industry as a cosmetologist or esthetician with a focus on lash extensions and skincare treatments.
- Certification or licensing in cosmetology or esthetician specialties; additional training in injection administration (botulinum toxin or dermal fillers) is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of salon management software such as Millennium or MINDBODY; proficiency in social media management tools preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to educate clients effectively about treatments and products.
- Expertise in sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
- Ability to perform advanced procedures
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude that fosters guest loyalty and satisfaction.
- Experience managing retail sales through upselling techniques while maintaining integrity and professionalism.
