NOW HIRING: Experienced Lead Carpenter
We are seeking an experienced Lead Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent craftsmanship, and the ability to manage projects while ensuring quality workmanship.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise carpentry projects from start to finish
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Perform framing, finish carpentry, remodeling, and general construction work
- Coordinate with crew members and subcontractors
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to high-quality standards
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of carpentry experience preferred
- Proven leadership and job site management experience
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
