**Training:**
On-the-job training will be provided.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**
- Shop at designated retail stores in the Hampton Roads area to purchase inventory based on provided training and guidelines
- Maintain and organize purchase receipts
- Deliver sourced merchandise to our Chesterfield warehouse weekly
- Track purchases and follow set protocols for quality and selection
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Stay organized and self-directed while working independently
- Communicate effectively with our team as needed
**Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):**
- Must be comfortable working independently and motivated to shop regularly
- Strong math skills and attention to detail
- Well organized with the ability to manage receipts and documentation
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation.
- Ability to securely store purchased items in between warehouse deliveries
**Physical Demands and Work Environment:**
- Comfortable being on your feet for extended periods while shopping
- Willingness to work both independently and with a team.
