Position Summary
The Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) for the evening and night shift plays a key leadership role in supporting high-quality, patient-centered care within a nonprofit Critical Access Hospital. Working collaboratively with the Nurse Manager, the ANM provides day-to-day clinical and operational leadership, supports staff development, ensures regulatory compliance, and promotes a culture of safety, teamwork, and compassionate care.
This role is ideal for a clinically strong registered nurse who values community-focused healthcare and is ready to grow into nursing leadership.
Schedule: Nights, 4-10 or 3-12 hour shifts with rotating weekends
Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors of Science in Nursing

Experience: 3 years nursing experience

Previous leadership experience preferred

Licenses/Certifications: Current RN License required and Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association, or American Red Cross
