We are seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to provide clinical leadership and oversight in a long-term care environment serving veterans. This role requires a confident nursing leader with strong regulatory knowledge, supervisory experience, and the ability to manage high-acuity LTC operations across evening and night shifts.

Role: Registered Nurse – LTC Supervisor
Type: Per Diem Assignment
Duration: 26 Weeks
Shifts Available:
Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend (Saturday & Sunday)
Schedule Note: No double shifts; full shift coverage required
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a long-term care facility
Minimum 6 months nursing home experience
Strong working knowledge of Department of Health (DOH) regulations
Ability to independently oversee care for up to ~40 patients per assignment
