Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Diecast and Collectible Live Online Seller to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will leverage your passion for collectibles and diecast models to engage with customers through live online sales platforms. Your primary goal will be to showcase, promote, and sell a diverse range of diecast cars and collectibles, creating an exciting shopping experience that drives sales and builds lasting customer relationships. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a keen eye for collectibles, strong sales skills, and a flair for engaging audiences in a fast-paced digital environment.
The pay starts at a base of $400.00 per week plus a 3% weekly gross sales commission.
Hours are 9-5 M-F . Weekends are voluntary.
Responsibilities
- Conduct live and engaging live online sales sessions to showcase diecast models and collectibles, highlighting their features and unique qualities.
- Develop compelling product descriptions and marketing content to attract potential buyers across various online platforms.
- Manage customer inquiries promptly, providing detailed information about products, pricing, and availability to facilitate sales.
- Packing and Shipping Sold and new merchandise.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with repeat buyers by managing customer accounts and understanding their preferences.
- Meet or exceed sales goals by actively prospecting new customers through warm calling, social media outreach, and targeted marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with team members on business development initiatives to expand our online presence and grow the collectible community.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, optimize selling strategies, and improve overall performance in a competitive marketplace.
Qualifications
- We do not qualify you on education. We will qualify you on personality , organization , attitude , willingness to learn , promptness and attention to detail.
- Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities to effectively close deals and manage client relationships.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales goals through proactive client engagement and strategic selling techniques.
- In Person Sales experience or background in selling is highly desirable.
- Ability to conduct warm calls confidently while maintaining professionalism in client communication.
- Strong analysis skills for interpreting sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to refine selling strategies.
