Prince Roofing & Construction is growing, and we're looking for an experienced, dependable Roofing Project Manager to join our team.
This is a hands-on position that requires someone who understands roofing systems, can manage multiple projects, communicate effectively with customers and crews, and help ensure every job is completed safely, efficiently, and to our high standards.

Responsibilities
- Manage residential roofing projects from start to finish
- Coordinate schedules with crews, suppliers, and homeowners
- Perform job site inspections and quality control checks
- Communicate with customers throughout the project process
- Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to company standards
- Troubleshoot issues that arise during construction
- Order and manage materials when needed
- Assist with small roofing repairs and service work
- Maintain project documentation and job records
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of roofing experience
- Understanding of roofing terminology, materials, and installation processes
- Knowledge of fascia, soffit, flashing, ventilation, pipe boots, chimney caps, and general roofing components
- Ability to perform minor roofing repairs independently
- Light framing experience preferred
- Must be able to drive a truck and trailer safely and confidently
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Dependable, self-motivated, and solution-oriented
- Spanish-speaking ability is a plus, but not required
Physical Requirements
- Ability to climb ladders and access rooftops safely
- Ability to lift and carry 80–100 pounds when necessary
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
