Local and proud of it! Join us as a DSD Receiver/Price Maintenance and see how great pay, flexible hours, and an entertaining and FUN work environment make a real difference! A DSD Receiver/Price Maintenance Clerk ensures accurate and timely receiving and pricing of products is maintained.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the DSD vendor activities to assure proper and accurate receiving of product.

Maintain a daily DSD receiving and discrepancy log.

Update the system files as needed.

Ensure that a back-up receiving clerk is always trained and available.

Report any discrepancies or pricing problems immediately to a supervisor and to the Pricing Department at the Lowes Foods Corporate Office.

Handle all damaged merchandise according to Damage Reclaim procedures.

Verify/audit prices in DSD categories, MDI categories, Perishable departments and ad items.

Update prices in the associated systems and on the shelf, including displaying signs and tags including, but not limited to, discontinued items, local items, gluten free items, etc.

Audit scan error logs and make updates as necessary.

Ensure that all DSD price changes transmitted to the store are properly executed and shelf tags are printed and placed on the shelf (includes advertised and promotional items).

Maintain organizational standards in accordance with the company’s 5S/Simplify practices.

Follow all security and shrink procedures.

Perform all other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Friendly, outgoing personality.

Ability to lift 25 lbs. occasionally and 15 lbs. constantly.

Ability to read and understand information and direction.

Knowledge of DSD/Scanning operations.

Ability to work well with technology.

Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job.

Effective communication and guest service skills.

Demonstrate excellent math skills.

Ability to push a pallet jacket, bend and kneel for extended periods of time.
