We're looking for a reliable, caring, and safety-focused driver to join our team and be a crucial part of each student’s day.
Pay & Perks
- $20.88/hour (no CDL required to start)

Schedule
Typical split shift:
- Morning: ~7:00 AM – 9:00 AM
- Afternoon: ~3:00 PM – 6:00 PM

What You’ll Do
You’ll be the face that welcomes students at the start and end of their day — ensuring they arrive safely and feel supported along the way.
- Safely transport students to and from school using vans or buses
- Conduct pre-trip safety checks and prepare vehicles daily
- Keep track of students boarding and exiting the vehicle
- Maintain a calm, structured, and supportive environment on your route
- Communicate with the Transportation Fleet Coordinator about route updates, student needs, or concerns
- Report incidents or behavioral concerns following established procedures
- Assist with occasional transportation needs for special events or activities
What You Bring
- A strong commitment to safety and reliability
- A passion for helping kids and supporting our mission
- Ability to manage a group of children with patience and care
- Basic familiarity with email and smartphone apps
- Knowledge of city streets or comfort using GPS
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license (required)
- CDL (Class A or B with passenger & school endorsements preferred)
- Don’t have one yet? No problem — we’ll help you get it within 6 months!
- Clean driving record
- Must be 25 years or older
- High school diploma or GED + 2 years of work experience
- Willingness to work a flexible split schedule
Important Compliance Notes
Because this is a safety-sensitive role:
- CDL drivers are subject to federal drug and alcohol regulations, including random testing
- Federal law does not allow medical marijuana use for CDL holders
Physical & Work Environment
- Active role involving driving, assisting students, and moving around the vehicle
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical tasks like bending, kneeling, and reaching
- Work is mostly outdoors and involves exposure to weather conditions
