What You'll Do
· Scoop and serve premium handcrafted ice cream
· Prepare sundaes, shakes, floats, and specialty desserts
· Greet every guest with a friendly, welcoming attitude
· Keep the shop clean, organized, and fully stocked
· Operate the cash register and accurately process transactions
· Restock products and maintain an attractive display
· Follow food safety and sanitation standards
· Work as part of a fast-paced team to create an outstanding guest experience
Minimum Qualifications
· Applicants must meet all of the following requirements:
· Minimum age: 17 years old
· Available to work 20–25 hours per week minimum
· Must have reliable transportation
· Must live within 8 miles of Small Batch Creamery
· Must possess good common sense and sound judgment
· Dependable with excellent attendance
· Friendly, positive attitude with strong customer service skills
· Able to stand for extended periods
· Able to lift up to 30 pounds
· Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays
· Authorized to work in the United States
