Just for Kids Preschool is seeking dedicated and passionate Lead Teachers to join our team. Duties
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans.
- Manage classroom activities, ensuring a safe and productive learning environment for all students.
- Collaborate with other educators and staff to create the best educational experience.
- Provide behavior management strategies to support students' needs and promote positive behavior.
- Maintain effective and positive communication with parents regarding student performance and classroom activities.
- Foster relationships with students, encouraging their growth academically, emotionally and socially.
Skills
- Experience in daycare or preschool settings..
- Ability to create lesson plans .
- Experience classroom management techniques
- Familiarity with DSS Licensing Standards a plus.
