Insurance Sales Professional
Pay: $67,000.00 – $102,000.00 per year
Base Salary: $45,000 – $52,000 per year + commission
Jackson & Associates Allstate Agency is looking for a motivated, coachable, and competitive Insurance Sales Professional to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys sales, building relationships, helping customers protect what matters most, and being rewarded for performance.
This position includes a stable base salary, commission opportunity, training, and a clear path for growth within the agency.
What You’ll Do
- Quote and sell auto, home, renters, condo, umbrella, and specialty insurance products
- Follow up with new leads and existing customers by phone, text, and email
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
- Cross-sell additional coverage when appropriate
- Build long-term relationships with clients
- Maintain accurate notes, follow-up activity, and pipeline management
- Work with the team to meet monthly sales and production goals
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and phone skills
- Sales, customer service, or call center experience preferred
- Insurance experience is helpful but not required
- Competitive, organized, and self-motivated
- Comfortable with outbound calls and follow-up
- Coachable and willing to learn
- Property & Casualty license preferred, but licensing support may be available for the right candidate
Compensation
This role offers a strong earning opportunity with a combination of base salary and commission.
- Total expected annual compensation: $67,000.00 – $102,000.00 per year
- Base salary: $45,000 – $52,000 per year
- Additional commission and bonus opportunities available based on performance
Schedule
Monday–Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Friday: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Some Saturday opportunities may be available
