PRIMARY ROLE
To provide routine daily care and services that support the care delivered to residents requiring long term or rehabilitative care, in accordance with the established nursing care procedures and as directed by your supervisor.
SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
· Must possess a current, unencumbered certification to practice as a CNA in the state of Texas.
· Must be able to read, write and understand the English language.
· Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when necessary.
· Must be able to relate information concerning a resident condition.
· Must have a valid driver license in the state of Texas with a good driving record.
EXPERIENCE
Previous CNA and transportation experience required.
