What You’ll Be Doing
- Engage with individuals and families to discuss health insurance coverage options
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional, upbeat manner
- Educate clients on medical insurance plans and help them select the right coverage
- Guide clients through enrollment and provide ongoing account assistance
- Build rapport quickly and create positive client experiences
- Work toward individual and team performance goals
