Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and attentive Server to join our hospitality team! As a Server, you will be the face of our restaurant, creating memorable dining experiences through exceptional customer service, efficient beverage and food service, and a welcoming attitude. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will ensure guests feel valued and cared for from the moment they arrive until their departure. Duties
- Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements, ensuring a smooth flow of service
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, and process transactions efficiently
- Provide detailed wine, spirits, and cocktail recommendations, upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
- Manage guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a positive dining experience through excellent guest relations
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations by bussing and resetting tables as needed
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and food handling protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferably with fine dining experience
- Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with OpenTable is a plus
- Demonstrated ability in beverage service including cocktails, spirits, wine knowledge, and drink presentation
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
- Ability to multitask effectively with strong time management skills in a fast-paced setting
- Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately
- Culinary experience or kitchen familiarity is advantageous but not required
- Food safety certification or willingness to obtain one prior to employment is preferred

Pay: $50.00 - $250.00 per day
