Stillmeadow is designated as a STAR 4 Center by PA Keystone STARS.
Responsibilities as a Floater teacher include:
- Implementing developmentally-appropriate activities which meet the needs of the individual children in the classroom.
- Supervising children - supervision is defined as the ability to see, hear, assess, and direct children at all times.
- Maintaining a well-ordered environment that is safe and nurturing.
- Overseeing mealtime/snack time activities and nap time.
- Communicating with other teachers and parents and building positive relationships!
Qualifications:
- At least a High School Diploma (Degree in Education or Human Services preferred)
- Must be 18 years of age.
- Must have at least 2500 hours of documented experience with children.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.50 - $16.50 per hour
