Ballestrini’s Child Care Centers is hiring caring, dependable Teachers and Assistant Teachers to join our team! We have openings in our pre-K and Toddler classrooms at our Niantic location. If you love working with children in a fun, supportive, team-oriented environment, we would love to meet you!

Location:
- 161 West Main St. Niantic CT
HOURS OF OPERATION : 6:30AM-6:00PM
Responsibilities:
- Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children
- Assist with classroom activities, play, and daily routines
- Support children’s social, emotional, and developmental growth
- Maintain classroom organization and cleanliness
- Work as part of a positive teaching team
- Communicate professionally with families and coworkers
Qualifications:
- Positive, caring, and dependable attitude
- Experience working with children preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- CDA, ECE credits, or childcare experience are a plus
