Position Summary
The case manager position is a role with lots of client interaction. You will need to understand client's needs and be able to be compassionate and caring. Your customer service skills must be top notch. This role handles all claims files from start to finishing of treatment. You will need to have a understanding of injury law and be willing to learn at a fast pace. Attention to detail in this role is very important. Bonus Pay.

Our firm helps injured people all across the Las Vegas area. Our main focus of the firm is getting clients good results and making sure that we provide the best customer service throughout representation.
Objectives:
- Discuss injuries and clients needs with the client
- Help clients with their property damage
- Identify issues with cases
- Discuss claims with insurance adjuster
- Understand how to prepare cases for demands
- Assist lawyer in all areas of claims case
- Discuss all treatment with client and understand what types of treatments clients go through.
COMPETENCIES
- Strong ability to create repour with clients, listen to and understand clients
- Ability to use case software programs
- Ability to use word, adobe and excel
- Ability to multi task and handle workload
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Able to work as a team and positive attitude
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $35.00 per hour
