What You'll Do
As an Assistant Manager, you'll partner with the Clinic Manager to lead daily operations while creating an environment where both clients and employees thrive.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive membership sales and consistently achieve clinic sales goals.
- Inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing front desk sales team.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving client concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Manage member accounts, including billing inquiries, membership changes, freezes, cancellations, and account maintenance.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through proactive communication and problem resolution.
- Support member retention by building relationships and identifying opportunities to enhance the client experience.
- Monitor key performance indicators and help implement strategies to improve results.
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and coaching new team members.
- Maintain organization and efficiency in daily clinic operations.
- Foster a positive, accountable, and team-oriented culture.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.
- Serve as the Manager on Duty when needed.

Qualifications
- 2+ years of leadership or management experience in retail, hospitality, fitness, wellness, or a customer-focused environment.
- Proven success in sales and customer retention.
- Experience coaching employees to achieve performance goals.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to analyze business performance and take action.
- Proficiency with computer systems and Microsoft Office.
- Availability to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
