The Moore Company, Columbia’s leading boutique residential real estate firm, is hiring a full-time Listing & Social Media Coordinator. After six years in the position, our current coordinator is moving into a different role within the company, and she’s leaving some pretty big shoes to fill. Ideally, our next coordinator will have some real estate experience, but it’s not entirely required. What is required is a willingness to obtain your real estate license once hired. Our Listing Coordinator works closely with our agents and seller clients throughout the pre-listing process and beyond, helping coordinate all the details that go into getting a home ready for market … from punch-list repairs and staging to photography, video, marketing and social media content. You’ll also help with other design needs from time to time and take a leading role in planning our social events throughout the year. We aren’t just looking for another employee; we truly are looking for another member of our work family. We believe strongly in work/life balance, and you’ll probably really like our vacation and holiday schedules. We need someone who’s super creative but also really tuned into the details and someone who can juggle a lot when things get busy. February through June can feel like a whirlwind around here, but we catch our breath during the fall and winter. You should be comfortable with Canva, Photoshop, AI tools, social media platforms and Apple products, and you should generally be the kind of person who isn’t afraid to figure something out. We’re a small team, which means we all help everyone else in the office. If you’re someone who needs a very specific job description from which you cannot vary, this probably isn’t the role for you. There’s a reason our employees stay with us, and we’re looking for someone who wants to put down roots with a company and be part of what we’re building for years to come. Salary, health insurance, retirement benefits and other compensation will be discussed based on your experience and qualifications. Please include your salary requirements with your resume. Sound like you? Please email Graeme Moore at [email protected] with your resume. If you haven’t heard back within a day or two, please reach out again to make sure we received your inquiry.
