What You'll Do

Explain maintenance and repair recommendations clearly

Coordinate with technicians to keep customers informed

Provide estimates and assist with service scheduling

Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction

What We're Looking For

Previous automotive dealership experience preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Valid driver's license required

High school diploma or equivalent
