The Service Project Manager will lead HVAC service projects across commercial and industrial process environments in San Jose. This role oversees projects, collaborating with field teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure safe, high‑quality, on-time, and on-budget delivery.
You’ll manage multiple projects, drive financial performance, support forecasting, and contribute to a collaborative culture.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage and oversee all aspects of HVAC projects from initiation to completion.
2. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
3. Negotiate contracts effectively with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
4. Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring that deadlines are met.
5. Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with company standards, client requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred or relevant experience.
2. Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the HVAC service industry.
