Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to join our team and drive our procurement processes forward with energy and precision. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement cycle, sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring optimal inventory levels. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify reliable toy and collectibles suppliers and vendors that meet quality standards and cost objectives.
- Manage procurement activities using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle EBS, or similar platforms to ensure seamless purchase order processing and tracking.
- Negotiate purchasing contracts, prices, and terms with vendors to secure favorable agreements while maintaining quality standards.
- Oversee inventory management systems to monitor stock levels, prevent shortages, and optimize inventory control across multiple locations.
- Maintain comprehensive vendor contract management records, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and company policies.
- Utilize Excel data analysis skills to evaluate supplier performance metrics, pricing trends, and procurement data for continuous improvement.
- Skills
- Must have recent experience in the toy industry and hold extensive relationships with factories/manufacturers of Toys!
- Extensive experience with ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle EBS for procurement management.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles including sourcing, logistics, inventory control, and vendor management.
- Proven ability in negotiating purchasing contracts and managing procurement contracts effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes.

- Familiarity with automated procurement systems and purchasing management systems that support efficient operations.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of securing competitive pricing while fostering long-term vendor relationships.
- Leadership capabilities to guide teams in procurement processes and vendor negotiations.
- Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, inventory management systems, and logistics coordination to ensure seamless supply chain flow.
