The Valet Attendant is responsible for providing excellent customer service while parking and retrieving customer vehicles in a safe and timely manner.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Park and retrieve customers' vehicles in a safe and timely manner

Assist customers and their passengers in and out of their vehicles, including helping them with their luggage and personal items

Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when working with both customers and employees

Provide customer resolution in a professional and friendly manner

Welcome and acknowledge all customers according to company standards; anticipate and address customers’ needs and thank customers with a genuine appreciation.

Control traffic to ensure a smooth flow at all times, while ensuring pedestrians are safe

Maintain security of vehicles and vehicle keys

Verify the necessary supplies at the start of each shift

Maintain a neat and orderly valet stand at all times that is free of debris and trash

Complete the necessary end of shift documentation and transfer vehicle keys and supporting tickets to the next shift's employee

Monitor and maintain safety, security and cleanliness of parking areas
-
Arrive in complete uniform before and during scheduled shifts

Must work with or without supervision

Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards

May be asked by local management to complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks

Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors
Schedule
Monday - Thursday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Must be 18 years or older

Current California Driver License
-
Valid/Acceptable Driving Record
-
No more than 2 pts within the last 3 yrs.

No more than 1 at fault accident with the last 5 yrs.

Ability to drive vehicles both Manual and Automatic

Take an Integrity Survey

Willing to take a Fitness for Duties Test (Medical/Drug Screen)

Willingness to undergo a Background Check
-
Standing/Walking for long periods of time.

Lifting, Pushing, and Pulling up to 25 lbs.
-
Bending/Squatting frequently.
