As an AT&T Team Member, you will represent AT&T face-to-face with residential customers, educate them on available products and services, and assist with new sales. What You'll Do as an AT&T Team Member
- Meeting with customers face-to-face to discuss AT&T products and services
- Providing exceptional customer service throughout the enrollment process
- Identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate sales solutions
- Completing new customer acquisitions and sales
- Educating customers on wireless, internet, and entertainment offerings
- Building trust and maintaining positive customer relationships
- Achieving individual and team sales goals
- Accurately processing customer information and service enrollments
- Participating in ongoing AT&T Team Member training and professional development
What We're Looking For in an AT&T Team Member
- Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred
- Outgoing and comfortable interacting with customers in person
- Motivated to succeed in a customer-focused and sales-driven environment
- A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
