What You'll Do
- Lead engaging after-school enrichment classes.
- Follow the provided curriculum and teaching materials.
- Create a fun, safe, and supportive classroom environment.
- Encourage creativity, confidence, teamwork, and participation.
- Manage a small group of elementary students.
- Maintain a professional and positive relationship with students and staff.
What We're Looking For
- Experience working with children through teaching, tutoring, camps, childcare, or youth programs.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Energetic, dependable, and confident leading groups.
- Passion for working with children and creating engaging learning experiences.
- Reliable transportation to assigned campus locations.
Preferred: Previous teaching/tutoring experience and a college degree.
