About the Role:
Join Love and Learning Child Care as a Preschool Teacher, where you can inspire young minds in a nurturing and engaging environment. Our dedicated team in Coalville, UT, is passionate about fostering creativity and a love for learning in every child. While this position starts as part time, it will grow into full-time within a few months. Some experience working with children is preferable.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and lesson plans.
- Engage children in interactive and educational activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Assess and monitor children's progress and provide feedback to parents and guardians.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom and learning materials.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
- Adhere to all licensing and safety regulations to ensure a secure learning environment.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification (Can be obtained)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for early childhood education and child development.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Patience, creativity, and a positive attitude.
- Background check clearance as per state regulations.
