Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
- Manage the front desk operations, including check-in and check-out procedures.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations using multi-line phone systems.
- Assist with night audit responsibilities as needed, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately processed.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
- Uphold high standards of hospitality management by maintaining a clean and organized front desk area.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hotel management or a similar role in the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to accommodate diverse guests.
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and experience with multi-line phone systems is essential.
- Knowledge of resort operations and front desk procedures is beneficial.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on professionalism.
