The Retail Brand Ambassador will serve as the bridge between our clients and their potential customers in the area, working within our clients’ retailers to make our clients' brands more accessible at a local level. The ideal candidate will be trained to obtain a deep understanding of the client’s products and services in order to promote and represent their brand in an engaging, professional manner.
This entry level role is ideal for anyone looking to begin their career in sales and marketing, wanting mentorship from our management team, and seeking professional and personal growth opportunities!
Daily Responsibilities
- Identify our clients’ potential customers within a retail environment and engage in conversation with them
- Directly present product knowledge and answer any questions about client products or services in real time
- Use exceptional customer service skills and professional image to help close sales
- Collaborate with our sales team daily to meet campaign goals
Who We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of prior Customer Service or Retail Sales experience preferred, but not required
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required
- Coachable, student mentality
- Comfortable working in a face paced environment and interacting with customers face to face
