Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies that align with company goals, emphasizing outside sales and B2B (business-to-business) engagement.
- Identify and pursue new business development opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and strategic partnerships.
- Oversee account management activities to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion of key client relationships.
- Marketing campaigns that reach out to the many Social, Military, Educational, Religious, and Fraternal organizations. Tour and Travel Groups.
- Utilize CRM tools to track sales pipelines, analyze performance , and optimize outreach efforts.
- Negotiate contracts and proposals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that support long-term growth.
- Proven experience in outside sales with a strong record of exceeding targets in B2B environments. Target feeder markets for business coming into the Midtown area of Anchorage .
- Exceptional negotiation skills paired with strategic business development capabilities.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret market data, sales performance metrics, and customer feedback for continuous improvement. Customer Retention .
